In the formative years of our lives we love to learn many external truths which are mostly natural truths relative to this world. We also learn, perhaps with a little less enthusiasm, about spiritual truths and the knowledge of the natural and spiritual truths together gives us some understanding of how we should conduct our lives. But simply conforming to the norms of society doesn't bring the happiness we're seeking and it's not until the truths we know are given within us that this happiness will come and this comes about with the birth of Joseph and Benjamin.
